Just a Sprinkle. While there are a few large companies that specialize in personalized products, perhaps the greater opportunity exists among companies like yours who want to supplement their current offering with a targeted selection of personalized items. Maybe you just want to choose five or ten items that fit perfectly with your brand or store image. Even when a catalog or web store adds just a few items it is not unusual to find our products featured on the front page or in prominent pages due to their popularity.

Pricing

To protect our nationwide network of brick and mortar retailers we require catalog and web retailers to price at suggested retail or higher.

Exclusivity

HeartStrings must pre-approve your catalog or web offering to ensure it is in accordance with our pricing policy and content guidelines. We do not sell our products direct to consumers so your offering is more exclusive.

Not on eBay®. You will find HeartStrings products on popular websites and catalogs but you will not see them on eBay®, Amazon®, or those of an explicit nature. We strictly prohibit the sale of our products on these sites to protect the exclusivity of our items and the integrity of our larger retailers who choose to offer them

Drop Shipping

We will gladly drop ship your personalized orders throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Your satisfaction is important to us so each order is carefully inspected to meet high quality production and workmanship standards. Turnaround time is usually one business day but may be slightly longer at the holidays.

Full Service Drop Shipping

Our standard service is UPS Ground which we supplement with Priority Mail.* Our standard shipping and handling rate for jewelry and other lightweight items is $7.50. This includes inspection, inner packaging such as an attractive jewelry bag, outer carton, and shipping. Additional services such as customer packing slips, catalogs, or promotional materials will be charged a handling fee. With the exception of embroidery orders where shipping is calculated per piece, all other orders weighing more than 2 pounds are charged by weight. Next Day and Second Day Air service is available and we can provide a rate chart.

*Priority Mail is used when the cost of shipping to an address is not met by our standard shipping charge

3rd Party Software

Some of our customers want us to use a third party shipping software system that is tied into their system. We have experience working with software such as VendorNet and will be happy to discuss your needs.

Product Images

You may choose from any of our extensive line of products. High quality digital images are available for many of our items. We have a web CD containing hundreds of images for $50 or you may contact our graphics department for assistance. You may prefer to purchase samples and take your own photography. Let us know the particulars of your project to help you get the images you need.

Order Submission

Orders may be submitted using one of HeartStrings’ approved formats. Given that our items are often personalized, we prefer to use one of our standard submission forms. These include our online ordering system, faxed orders using one of our standard order forms, or email orders using one of our templates. For your protection and to ensure accuracy, any other ordering format must be pre-approved by our customer service department for completeness and legibility.
